Frequently Asked Questions

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

If you subscribed on iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there. If you subscribed on the web, go to Settings in Sam and manage your subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

For iOS purchases, refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web subscriptions, email us at [email protected] and we'll help you out.

Make sure you're logged in with the same account on all devices and have an active internet connection. Try pulling down to refresh on the home screen. If the issue persists, email us with your account email and we'll investigate.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data including study progress, decks, and conversations. This action cannot be undone. You can also email us at [email protected] to request deletion.

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. All your decks, study progress, and grades remain intact. You just lose access to premium features like higher AI limits. If you upgrade again later, everything is still there.

Try these steps: (1) Make sure you have the latest version of the app. (2) Close and reopen the app. (3) Check your internet connection. (4) On iOS, try deleting and reinstalling the app (your data is saved in the cloud). If none of this works, email us at [email protected] with your device model and what happens when it crashes.
